Leadership Development Events (Fall)

Students compete in events which test their leadership skills in areas such as public speaking, decision making, communication and knowledge of agriculture and FFA. Contests begin at the district level before advancing to area, state and nationals.

Career Development Events (Spring)

Students apply what they learn in the classroom to compete against students from around the state in various events. Typically, CDE contests are also known as judging teams and practice events take place in the spring before competitions are held at the area level.
