Seven Lakes FFA Advisors

Joe Bochat: Texas A&M graduate, has been at Seven Lakes since 2005, Teaches most of the animal sciences classes and two classes of floral design this year. Loves to eat/try new foods, going on trips with his wife and will always dress to impress. Mr. Bochat LOVES him, some Dutch Bros Coffee!

Ross Sheffield: Sam Houston graduate, this is his first year at Seven Lakes, teaches Ag mechanics as well as principles of agriculture. Loves to rebuild/refurbish tractors in his spare time! He has extensive livestock knowledge and is over steers this year.

Katy Sheffield: Sam Houston Graduate, has ben at Seven Lakes since 2022,but in Katy ISD since 2011, teaches Floral Design. Loves her dogs, is a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and love the occasional starbucks/dutch bros coffee. Willing participant in trying new foods with Bochat(most of the time). 

Morgan Ognoskie: Sam Houston Graduate, has been at Seven Lakes since 2022, but teaching for 4 years now. Teaches Floral Design and two Principles of Ag classes. Loves her dogs, interior decorating, good movies and can probably be seen with Dutch Bros Coffee anytime, any place any where. Willing participant in trying new foods with Bochat (most of the time).
